Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hope Hospice & Healthcare, Inc. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate services provided to patients
  • Work cooperatively with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in patient care conferences and supervise hospice aides
  • Regularly review and update patient plans of care
  • Perform prescribed medical treatments, including pain management and symptom control
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations, maintaining excellent communication skills
  • Provide education and supportive care to patients and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Current CA RN License
  • Minimum of one-year experience as a professional hospice nurse within the last 3 years
  • Valid driver's license, clean DMV record, auto insurance, and dependable transportation required
  • BSN preferred; Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing desired
