About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Addictions Counselor to join our team at Flex Employee Services. As an IOP Counselor, you will play a critical role in the management of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing individualized support and guidance to clients struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, helping them set and achieve treatment goals.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Group Facilitation: Lead group sessions, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • ASAM Certification: Familiarity with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) guidelines and protocols.
