Ascend Transportation CDL-A Truck Driver Opportunity

Key Responsibilities- Drive a dry van on regional routes with automatic transmission
- Meet or exceed safety and productivity standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Our benefits package includes:
- Top pay for mileage and holidays
- Per diem pay program with $0.08 per diem and zero admin fees
- 7 paid holidays with $150.00 per day
- Excellent accessorial pay, including breakdown pay, detention pay, and layover pay
- Bonus paid for clean DOT inspections
- Additional monthly incentives on top of base pay
We offer multiple home time options to ensure our drivers can balance their work and personal life:
- 5.5 days out – home for 34-hour restart
- 10 days out – home for 60-hour restart
- 14 days out – home for 72-hour restart
No NY or West Coast driving means less fatigue and more time at home.
Requirements- At least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 6 months over-the-road experience
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period
- Ability to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements
