About the Role

We are currently hiring a Mental Health Therapist Specialist to join our team in Danvers, MA. As a key member of our Behavioral Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and develop effective treatment plans to address the complex needs of our patients.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and a clear, active license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice.
  • 2+ years of professional experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
