Comply with all departmental and property regulations regarding guest service excellence.
Handle the collection, counting, sorting, and packaging of currency.
Assist in the secure transfer of currency from the gaming floor.
Transport currency to designated secure areas for counting.
Ensure adherence to key control protocols.
Operate currency counting machines, adding devices, and perform various auditing tasks.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of all Count Room equipment.
Collaborate professionally with other departments to complete necessary tasks.
Safeguard company assets and ensure accurate accounting.
Execute all other related duties as assigned.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company matters.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree or relevant training is preferred; or a combination of education and experience.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Proficient in data entry and computer operations.
Ability to work in restricted areas.
Exhibit a high level of energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members across all levels.
Ability to manage interruptions effectively.
Prior experience in currency counting is preferred.
