Job Summary

Cummings Resources, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our team. As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating single or multiple routing machines to cut slots, grooves, designs, or recesses in material.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study blueprints, drawings, or samples to ascertain size, depth, and locations of cuts to be made.
  • Select and install router bits in spindle chucks according to specifications.
  • Space spindles on shaft at specified intervals and turn hand wheels or set stops to regulate depth of cut.
  • Measure dimensions of processed material conformance to specifications.
Requirements
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
