Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax-Preparer Trainee to join Unlimited Taxes and serve clients with diverse tax needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in accounting or finance. We offer competitive commission, bonus pay opportunities, and flexible scheduling.

Our company services clients Nationally, providing the highest level of Tax Preparation and Client Services. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting face-to-face and virtual tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Estimated Annual Salary: $40,000 - $60,000

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
  • Experience completing individual returns
  • Tax planning and audit support
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must satisfy 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Sales and/or marketing experience is a MUST
  • Good customer service
  • Positive attitude
