We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls NeuroSolutions. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering functional rehabilitation services to patients in their natural home and community environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation techniques in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, workplaces, and schools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in regular meetings and family discussions to review treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
**Requirements**
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- At least two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a neuro rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other duties as required.
