Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney disease. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and staff, providing direct patient care when needed.
  • Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
  • Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside nurse educator.
  • Coordinate DCI, QAPI, and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk manager.
  • Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians.
  • Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medical director.
  • Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCI's policies and procedures and applicable laws.
  • Work closely with area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies.
