Job Opportunity at Brown Golf

We are seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Tallgrass Country Club in Wichita, Kansas.

Job Summary:

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for supporting club events and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and tear down club events of various sizes
  • Ensure all event plans are followed
  • Provide a professional appearance and excellent customer service
  • Meet the needs of customers and guests as requested
  • Comply with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
  • Serve food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines
  • Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Requirements:

Three to six months of related experience or training

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, tastes, smells, talks, hears, uses hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally sits, climbs, crouches, and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
