Job Summary

At Randstad Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled OSP Inspector to oversee and inspect contractual field work, ensuring compliance with VZ standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in outside plant construction and a strong knowledge of line, splicing, and substructure. Responsibilities include advising contractors of violations, recommending adjustments to work operations, and applying vast knowledge of OSP construction methods and safety guidelines.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and inspect contractual field work to ensure compliance with VZ standards.
  2. Advising contractors of violations and recommending adjustments to work operations.
  3. Applying vast knowledge of OSP construction methods and safety guidelines.
  4. Working knowledge of 3GIS, Google Earth, or other industry-standard geospatial applications.
  5. Climbing ladders, working aloft, entering confined spaces, and moving/lifting items not exceeding 60 lbs.

Requirements:

  • Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Related Associate Degree or 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
