We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Heartland Food Products Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of equipment theory and operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Document all maintenance activities and work orders in our Computer Maintenance Management System.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Support technical training for operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Provide recommendations for spare part stocking levels and optimize inventory management.
  • Model a positive culture and exemplify our company values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aseptic processing and packaging systems.
  • Strong focus on preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with experience working with PLCs (Allen Bradley) and CMMS systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
