Relief Pharmacist

We're seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team, providing clinical services and managing disease states. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Championing Thrifty White's programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assisting with patient enrollment.
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structuring and organizing workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Developing and following up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identifying long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicating with marketers.
• Dispensing medications, related supplies, and providing all clinical pharmacy services.

Physical Demands: This position requires long periods of standing and frequent use of hands and fingers. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements: Applicants must have a pharmacy license, or be able to obtain one without federal sanctions. A PharmD or MTM Certification is also required, along with current Immunization Certification, CPR Certification, and an NPI Number.
