Responsibilities:
  • Install windows and door products according to our standards and processes.
  • Build and sustain positive homeowner relationships.
  • Adhere to all proper safety techniques.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of carpentry or construction experience (5 years for lead position).
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Available to work Monday-Saturday, 7am-5pm.
  • 3 years of managing a team (for lead position).
  • 3 years of leading/supervising a job site (for lead position).
