Job Title: Escrow Officer

Job Summary:

As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to internal and external customers.
  • Establish new escrow accounts, manage funds, process documents for closings, and complete settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhere to company policy, and monitor and mitigate risk to the company.
  • Understand how your team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
  • Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through your work.
  • Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
  • Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
