Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations in a dynamic retail environment. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to federal and state pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications, maintaining accurate records and overseeing inventory management.
  • Provide counseling to patients and healthcare providers on medication usage, potential interactions, and side effects.
  • Engage in patient-centered services, including immunizations and medication therapy management.

Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist license in New York State.
  • Certification in immunization.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive workplace culture.
