We are seeking a skilled Float Pool RN to join our team at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas across the nursing spectrum, providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis.
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Associate Degree, BSN preferred.
- 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire.
