We are excited to offer a Functional Healthcare Consultant position at Donard Recruitment, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in people's lives by conducting unbiased and comprehensive assessments for the government's disability allowance.

Compensation Package: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with an estimated OTE of £45,650, including a 5% retention bonus rising to 10% quality and retention bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads from end to end, delivering high-quality assessments and ensuring personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic services for claimants
  • Assess a diverse range of health conditions and disabilities, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and support continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualification as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
  • Superb communication and IT skills
