Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven & gas station in Sandston, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
  • Operate cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and lottery management.
  • Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, including sales floor merchandising, food service management, cooler merchandising, and vendor check-ins.
  • Communicate daily issues and challenges with management and ensure PMG policies and procedures are executed.
  • Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect, supporting management in other tasks and assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior cashier experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
