Position Overview

We are seeking an instructor to create and lead an 8-week course in computer science or artificial intelligence. This role is contracted, and you will be accountable for providing a high-quality educational experience through our platform.

We will assist you in designing the curriculum, delivering the course, and most importantly, attracting students. Our fee structure involves a 20% commission on all course revenue for these services, allowing you to retain 80% of the earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present engaging online lessons that cater to talented students across the United States.
  • Conduct live sessions that culminate in a tangible project outcome by the conclusion of the program, in line with our philosophy of "making it real."
  • Offer personalized guidance and mentorship to support students in mastering intricate concepts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Pike Labs team to continuously enhance and adapt the program content based on student feedback and needs.

Program Structure

Your program will consist of an online 8-week course focused on computer science and/or artificial intelligence, where students will:

  • Attend a mandatory weekly class (1 hour)
  • Optionally participate in weekly office hours (1 hour)
  • Develop a unique project, which you will help define for each student

Your initial cohort will consist of 8-10 students.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You are a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or data scientist with a passion for education, or
  • You are currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in computer science, AI, mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • You are motivated by our mission to provide quality educational experiences to a broader audience.
  • You possess a strong enthusiasm for teaching and a desire to share your expertise with others.
  • You are keen to explore innovative methods to connect your knowledge to real-world applications.
