Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues on heavy equipment, including pumps, hydraulic, engine, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, such as dozers, backhoes, front-end loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure maximum value for work performed and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of heavy equipment systems and components to provide expert-level repair services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve repair techniques and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • GED or High School Diploma required; Diesel Tech Schooling highly desired.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, and lift 50 pounds approximately 5 times a day.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and attendance required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high energy level.
  • Must have own tools.
