About the Role

Penske Logistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Shippensburg, PA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up clamp truck, loading and unloading trailers, and accurately staging and sorting products for loading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a stand-up clamp truck to move products safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products
  • Accurately stage and sort products for loading, using a warehouse management system to track inventory
  • Perform daily logs and record numbers of units handled and moved
  • Assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, but high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions
  • Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
