We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Client. As an OTA, you will work closely with our experienced occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our clients.
About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires a 5x8 schedule with 40 hours per week. The job will last for 13 weeks and starts on November 26th. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $1736.00 per week, which translates to approximately $90,032.00 per year. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting occupational therapists with client assessments, goal setting, and intervention planning;
- Providing direct client care under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists;
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and outcomes;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A valid license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA);
- Graduation from an accredited OTA program;
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting; and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
