Job Opportunity for a Primary Care Physician
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a multi-specialty practice setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and treat common health problems, such as infections, influenza, and pneumonia, as well as serious, chronic, and complex illnesses, in adults and geriatrics.
- Prescribe or administer medication of all types, with the compliant use of ISTOP/PMP where needed, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
- Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Recognize management efforts and engage using IT and EMR capabilities to achieve proficiency in daily appointment schedule.
Requirements:
- Active NY State License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
