Department Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives.

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and commercial teams to create visually appealing store displays and promotions
• Ensure a high level of customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and maintenance of store equipment
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales associate skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales associates
• Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement corrective actions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
