IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Franklin Fitch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior engineers, actively engaging in application management, and contributing to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior engineers and create documentation as needed
• Collaborate with business functions to define requirements, configure systems, and implement application systems
• Support long-term strategic initiatives and short-term tactical requirements
• Enhance optimal application performance and customer service by collaborating with other technical teams

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Desired experience working with Automotive IT
• Experience administrating Cisco Meraki, FortiGate, and Google Workspace
• Experience managing multiple projects
