Certified YC Trainer

At YouFit Gyms, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Certified YC Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized fitness programs, motivation, and training sessions.

• Help clients reach their health and fitness goals with customized fitness programs.
• Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting, frequent follow-ups, and reassessments.
• Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform fitness assessments and maintain sales and key performance indicators.
• Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
• Foster a positive and enjoyable environment for employees, members, and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to keep members and clients engaged.
• Make effective decisions to resolve customer service issues positively.
• Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• Maintain a CPR/AED certification.
• Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
• Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Committed to continuous personal development.

While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping required.

Travel may be required at times.
