Psychiatrist - Outpatient Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families in a dynamic and diverse urban setting.
About the Role
- Examine patients, order or perform diagnostic tests, and formulate diagnoses.
- Direct or perform therapeutic treatment and counsel patients.
- Provide guidance and participate in teaching house staff, staff conferences, and research projects.
- Advise less experienced members of the professional medical staff.
- Plan, organize, and direct the operation of a major segment within a medical service or medical program.
Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry.
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
- Completed residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry.
- NYS License.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: $236,900* (board eligible); $247,200* (board certified).
- Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000.
- Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
