Medical Surgical Nurse

At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to acutely ill adults and those requiring surgery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification
- 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical Nursing
