About the Unit:
Our Medical/Surgical Unit is focused on providing exceptional care in areas such as Neuro Oncology, urology, vascular, and chest tube management. With a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5/1:6, this environment promotes both professional growth and skill enhancement through mentorship from experienced colleagues.
We cater to a diverse range of patients, including those with chronic heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), oncology patients facing neutropenia or new diagnoses, as well as individuals requiring amputations and tracheostomies.
Work Schedule:
This position operates on 12-hour shifts with weekend rotations. We provide a comprehensive orientation program and ongoing professional development opportunities to foster collaboration and growth in your nursing career.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program. We welcome students who are nearing completion of their nursing education or are in the process of obtaining their Registered Nursing License.
Role Responsibilities:
