About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team at Samsung. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience, and suggesting appropriate Samsung products to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and provide them with a memorable and positive experience
  • Ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products
  • Proactively build relationships at all levels in store, increasing product knowledge and brand advocacy amongst retail partner colleagues
