Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team as a Nurse Residency Program participant. As a RN in this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and notify provider as needed.
- Provide exceptional patient care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating patient needs.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
