Job Overview

At Chef Peter's Bistro at The Chuckwagon, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Servers Lead. Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage table-side interactions, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and prompt delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of food service experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
