Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student, and work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver Engaging Therapy Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students achieve their communication goals.
  • Track Progress and Adjust Treatment Plans: Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required for this role.
  • Valid Oklahoma SLP License: A valid Oklahoma SLP license is required for this role.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): An ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred for this role.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
