Pediatrician - Neonatology Specialist

Department of Pediatrics at University of Illinois Chicago
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatologist to join our team at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria. As a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical care and teaching in an academic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide acute and ongoing consultative care to neonatal children with problems in the hospital and outpatient setting.
- Participate in undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs of the Department of Pediatrics.
- Participate in collaborative research and scholarly quality improvement activities within the Neonatology Division and Pediatrics Department.
- Perform other duties of a University faculty member, including committee assignments, curriculum development, student counseling, and mentoring.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Pediatrics is required.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology.
- Enthusiasm to provide clinical care and teaching in an academic setting.
