Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer (PE) to join our Field Operations team based in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will provide support for all assigned activities and phases of a commercial construction project from conceptual development to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, organize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support for project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet.
  • Proficiency in specific software, including Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit.
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications.
  • LEED GA credential and QCM certificate are desirable.
