Piano Instructor

Bach to Rock, a leading music education company, is seeking a skilled Piano Instructor to join our team of music educators. As a Piano Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

• Teach private and semi-private piano lessons using our proprietary curriculum and song arrangements.
• Create a supportive, engaging, and focused lesson environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Assess students' readiness to join a band or ensemble and provide guidance on how to achieve their musical goals.
• Participate in school events and activities, such as concerts and recitals.
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Proven understanding of music concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to students.
• Advanced knowledge of music theory and technique relevant to the piano instrument.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to keep students on task during lessons.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities.
• Experience as a performer, either solo or in a group.
• Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians.
• Ability to interact effectively with children and adults.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Bach to Rock offers a flexible part-time schedule, a fun and supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work with like-minded musicians. We handle the marketing, scheduling, booking, billing, and other business aspects of lessons and group classes, allowing you to focus on teaching.
