About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Palm Beach Tan. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Beauty Consultants, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and team management
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Consultants
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Conduct customer consultations to understand their skin care, tanning, and beauty needs
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and requirements are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  • Manage cash handling, opening, and closing procedures
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including goal tracking and reporting

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership or management experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
