Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong experience in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and planning abilities
  • Basic skills in computer and inventory management systems
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine lubrication, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment
  • Assist and oversee the work conducted by external contractors
  • Maintain inventory controls for efficient operations
  • Schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards in accordance with company, local, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitor and maintain facility grounds and building systems
  • Depending on the location, may need to operate equipment and obtain necessary certifications
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
