Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and manage follow-ups for sales appointments.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using provided scripts and templates.
- Deliver initial product information to customers and guide them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule an appointment or who have missed appointments.
- Engage in team and process improvement sessions, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Utilize the CRM tracking system on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
- A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and improve are essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must demonstrate a courteous and prompt demeanor.
- A positive and diligent work ethic is crucial.
- Strong computer proficiency is necessary.
- A valid driver's license is required.
