Mountain Bike Coach

KC&E Adventures is seeking a passionate Mountain Bike Coach - Youth Development to join our team. Our camps and clinics are renowned for their safe, fun, and inclusive approach to teaching mountain biking. As a coach, you'll play a vital role in guiding participants through our skill development curriculum, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of childcare experience and be certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain). They should also have a passion for cycling and be familiar with the local trail system. As a coach, you'll receive extensive training in leading kids' camps and mountain bike instruction, as well as leadership and mentorship opportunities to enhance your skills and resume.

This is a seasonal position, but opportunities for continued work in other KC&E programs may be available. Some key responsibilities include collaborating with lead instructors, guiding participants in skill instruction, leading bike rides, and facilitating games. You'll also ensure safety and adherence to best practices throughout the program. Additionally, you'll assist with daily setup, cleanup, participant check-in, and check-out.
