Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to produce team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the produce trainer to develop and implement training programs that foster high-performance teams and minimize turnover.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, utilizing comprehensive training materials and checklists to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated display of produce, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Oversee opening and closing departmental tasks, guaranteeing consistency and efficiency in all processes.
  • Ensure timely breaks for team members and facilitate open communication among colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale, empowering team members to thrive in their roles.
  • Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to deliver personalized services and exceed expectations.
  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members, focusing on building high-performance teams and minimizing turnover.

  • Possess extensive knowledge of produce team procedures and policies.

Estimate Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
