Who We Are Looking For:
We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our ongoing mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for over 35 years, and we are a family-owned and operated business in the USA. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales process and advanced diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
Our typical workweek consists of 4–5 days, allowing our Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours weekly.
You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions. We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are essential for success. Enjoy engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
