About the Role

Capital City Public Charter School is seeking a dedicated and passionate After School Educator to join our team. As an After School Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging learning environment for students in grades PK-6th.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead activities for students in small and large groups during recreational and activity times.
  • Supervise and support students with homework completion.
  • Implement a social curriculum and discipline approach consistent with the school day program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure collaboration.
  • Attend and actively engage in scheduled planning time.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma and experience supervising and teaching elementary age students.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in diverse and inclusive settings is desired.
  • Spanish speakers are desired.
