Job Description

As a Dialysis Technician - Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in our dialysis center's mission to provide comprehensive care to patients with ESRD. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patients' vital signs.
  • Caring for multiple patients simultaneously, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely and efficient treatment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, doctors, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conducting ongoing assessments and evaluations to identify potential issues and provide proactive support to patients and families.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
