Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team at JVM Realty. As a critical member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and integrity of our properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Duties:
  • Performing maintenance tasks, including inspecting, repairing, or replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Assisting with apartment make-readies and ensuring all apartments are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition within 5-8 business days.
  • Addressing potential issues that may affect the safety and well-being of our residents, such as hazardous conditions, water leaks, or electrical malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in property management maintenance, preferably with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance for personal vehicle transportation throughout the community.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
