Job Title: Behavior Technician

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with special needs in our ABA Clinic, utilizing ABA strategies and techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA strategies and techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills
  • Work directly with children with special needs in our ABA Clinic
  • Record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred
  • Must pass background check
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required
  • TB test required
  • Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S. program preferred
  • ABA experience preferred, RBT certification a plus
