Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager at Y-Tech, LLC, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning
    • Collaborate with the program sponsor to determine the program's vision, scope, and requirements.
  • Operational Management
    • Identify and engage program stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
    • Prepare and deliver reports to Service Delivery Operations, highlighting key deliverables.
    • Monitor program outputs and outcomes, adapting the program as needed to ensure success.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate complex issues that may impact the program.
    Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university or college degree in business administration or a related field, or 10 years of relevant experience in the Information Technology field.
  • PMP certification and/or ITIL certification is strongly preferred.
  • A Secret Clearance.
Desirable Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A thorough understanding of the Development Lifecycle.
  • A thorough understanding of Agile/SCRUM Management techniques and principles.
  • A thorough understanding of ITIL techniques and methodology.
  • An understanding of cloud and web services (Azure, O365, AWS).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.).
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end Portal development.
  • Knowledge of writing, designing, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting application code.
