Dietary Assistant

Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with excellence.

• Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages following established procedures.
• Serve meals while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Guide residents according to their dietary requirements and preferences, including weight management goals.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and maintenance to uphold sanitation standards.
• Deliver prepared meals to residents' rooms with care and attention to detail.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies to ensure availability.
• Support the dietary manager or supervisor in maintaining accurate records of food inventory.
• Participate in educational programs on nutrition to enhance knowledge and skills.
