Dietary Manager

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian to serve as a Clinical Nutrition Director at the Yakima Medical-Dental Clinic. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting healthy eating habits within our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coaching and mentoring direct report staff in providing evidence-based nutrition care
• Conducting performance evaluations, addressing performance and behavior issues, and providing feedback
• Supporting staff growth and development through job-related training and education opportunities
• Recruiting and selecting staff members for the WIC program
• Managing clinic flow, maintaining assigned caseload, and leading in achieving clinic goals

**Requirements:**

• Degree in Nutrition or related field; RD certification required
• Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
